The James Heaphy Story WOW!!

ME!!

I was born at Kaiser Hospital in San Francisco on December 14, 1984. I was ten weeks premature, and weighed just 3 lbs. 1-1/2 oz. at birth. After a month in the hospital, I came home, and ever since then, I've been in pretty good health.

One of my many memories in early childhood was sitting on the counter in my grandparent's kitchen, stirring freshly made chocolate pudding with my grandfather. The first time I saw snow was when I was four years old. We were living in Fairfax in Marin County, California, where it rarely snows. It started snowing overnight, and I woke up and saw snow on the hillside below where we lived. My mom and I ran out and started playing, until it all melted since then I have been skiing and snowboarding.

For the last eight years, I have lived in American Canyon in Napa County, California. I have a nine and a half year old brother, David, (who always gets into trouble). He's kinda cool, though. We have three cats, Daisy, Clarissa and Tapuz (hebrew for the color orange).

I enjoy playing soccer, swimming, fishing, hiking, biking,working on model railroads, making creations for model contests, listening to loud rock music,eating my mother's GREAT food, and goofing off. I like watching TV, my favorite stations are: MTV, ESPN2, UPN, ABC, FOX and PBS. I also study Hebrew, the flute, tuba and guitar. Lately, I've been playing chess with my dad, and it still, after many years, is challenging.

This web Site is a project for GATE, the Gifted and Talented Education program. My dad and I learned HTML (HyperText Markup Language) coding just for this project, and this was our first computer programming project together.
